Course Overview

The ministry of teacher is listed as one of the five-fold ministry offices because it is central to the Lord’s plan of teaching, training, and equipping the Body of Christ—beginning with the “little ones.” Catch a vision for teaching and learn the basics of childhood development, classroom management, and effective teaching strategies with seasoned educators from Comenius School of Creative Leadership, MorningStar’s own K-12 school in this rich and engaging course.

This course is recommended for anyone who has a heart for education, children’s ministry, or effective small-group teaching and is required for students planning to serve at Comenius School for Creative Leadership in serious year-long commitments. This course, along with an internship at CSCL, can be used as credits towards an Education Major when it is introduced in the following academic year.
