why is msu called the "college of leadership"?
MSU is called the College of Leadership because leadership is central to our mission. We believe Christian leadership begins with intimacy with Jesus, rootedness in Scripture, and character formed through discipleship and service. Our goal is not simply to impart information, but to develop mature leaders who can carry responsibility, love people well, and serve the purposes of God with humility and strength. Whether students are called to ministry, worship, missions, communications, or prophetic leadership, we train them to lead faithfully—first in their own lives, then in their communities, and wherever God sends them.
