Traveling to New Zealand

Visa Information

New Zealand is a welcoming country with a government who values its guests and amazing people who love to showcase the land’s beauty. New Zealand offers a variety of student visas. Obtaining these visas is typically not arduous, with some visas available upon arrival.  Because our school program will only be 3 months of teaching and training our students will be able travel to New Zealand on a tourist visa (which allows for three months of training).

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, New Zealand is currently closed to all foreigners.  As of February 2022 the government has announced that it will not be opening the borders fro international travelers until October 2022.  We were hopeful that the borders would open earlier, more in line with the rest of the world but as a result the opening of the school has been postponed until February 2023.

We will continue to update this page regularly as the country reopens and visas become available again. Check back regularly and sign up below to receive regular updates regarding travel to New Zealand as this information becomes available.
