MorningStar Partners / MFM / MFC:

We are grateful for the ongoing support of our MorningStar Partners, and our MFM and MFC members.  As a benefit of their partnership and membership, we offer a 20% discount on base tuition rate to MorningStar partners, MFM and MFC members, and to their immediate family members. This discount may not be combined with other discounts.

Other Costs and Benefits

Campus Housing

Campus housing is usually $300-$400/month and is subject to change and availability.  MSU tuition does not include housing. MSU students have a variety of housing options that include the bunkhouses and the MorningStar hotel. Students may be placed in either depending on availability. Select students may enroll in work-study to help cover the cost of their housing.  For more information see our “Housing and Student Life” link under the “Student Information” heading above.

Exclusive MorningStar Events

All MorningStar conferences are free to MSU students during the school year, and significant discounts are offered for non-MorningStar conferences held at the H.I.M. facilities. Conferences free to students include the Harvest Fest Conference, the Advanced Prophetic Conference, the New Year’s Conference, and more.  The School of the Prophets Intensive is included only for students enrolled in the School of the Prophets major track but other students may enroll in the intensive weekend for a discounted registration fee which gives additional course credits.  Contact our office for more information.

Outreaches, Missions Trips, and Crisis Deployments

During the MSU school year, we plan strategic outreaches with the United States, missions trips, and crisis deployments as circumstances dictate.  Since each trip is different depending on the circumstances and organizational support we receive.  For example, the travel expenses of some outreaches with the School of Revival may be covered by partner churches and ministries – or our own School of Revival fundraisers – while other outreaches may require a student contribution to cover the expense. Generally, students will receive this information in advance so they can make a good decision.

Missions Trips are planned well in advance and all students have an opportunity to join.   Students pay for traditional Missions Trips and they are not covered by tuition or outside support.

Crisis Deployments often happen quickly as MorningStar mobilizes with Crisis Response International to respond to serious events on short notice.  In most cases, students will complete a crisis training module prior to a crisis deployment and costs are covered by donors who support our crisis response plan.  Some crisis deployments require additional training and students cannot join unless they are enrolled in our Special Forces program.
